America at first hand
It is often said that if you want to learn about the country as much as possible, try reaching out to someone like you. I did so and had an exciting encounter with a blogger (you can find her blog on Facebook with the title Potulky po USA – USA wanders), a musician and, moreover, a sympathetic Slovak girl Henrieta, who has been living in the US for ten years. Our interview below will also give you the answer on why someone should travel to the US.

Simply Louisville
Nearly everything can happen in Louisville. From fulfilling your dreams to falling in love burning like a flame. I spent one week in Louisville and left with my heart completely obsessed with the awe-inspiring nature of its people and its atmosphere. My desires and new friends remained there which was unthinkable at the very beginning of my journey when my plane had touched down at the international airport.

Did you know that?
Famous Louisvillians are capable of making headlines in renowned newspapers across the world. They appear at red carpet events and attract attention from sport fans across the world. Do you think I am exaggerating? No, not all. Here are some names to prove my point.

Dinner at the Lynn´s Paradise Cafe – A restaurant that no longer exist
Sometimes I ask myself, why the good things in life are so misfortunate and often end up in the pitfall of memories. Similar fate also hit one of the most famous restaurants in Louisville.

Louisville – the fact worth remembering
Here comes the third edition of my travel summary to the biggest city of Kentucky which took place back in 2010. The story started at the Louisville International Airport which at that time had been dressed in purple colors of the horse-racing event Breeders‘ Cup.

From New York to New York
Big Apple – this is how this famous city with its vibrant nature is nicknamed. New York, commonly regarded as the pinnacle of the US, serves also as a starting point for new adventures. Experience New York to its fullest, but leave its boundaries and see something different. Enriched by experiences and tastes you may become aware of the fact that east or west, New York is best isn’t it?

New Orleans
If you are looking for something chic, do not waste your time browsing tourist magazines. Take a deep breath and pay some attention to my words. I found a place where history of the old continent overlaps with American tradition.

American fairytale in a different style.
Whether you are in your teens or over thirty, there is some latent desire within us all to live out a fairytale. A fairytale is not just about the people around you or the inner self, but also the places that surround you, through which your steps guide you. In reference to these latter aspects of fairytales, I have a perfect place for you; a city that will make you feel extraordinary, as if you were in your own fairytale.

The charm of small cities in the USA
When it comes to America in general, everybody tends to associate the States with skyscrapers and yellow taxis crossing metropolises with several million inhabitants. Heavy traffic accompanied by neon lights and city streets which never sleep. It is the real face of America or, to be more precise, one of its parts. In fact, people have the tendency to pay more attention to the ones who expose themselves either in schools or at workplaces. However, apart from the aforementioned metropolises, America provides the tourists with a wide range of small cities that have their unmistakable charm, tradition and future.

Timeless pleasures in Georgia
Turn north off of I-85 from downtown Atlanta. In 50 kilometers you will wind up experiencing a place where pleasure is the only law. Only a few places were designed solely for pampering, and holiday resort and vineyard Chateau is one. The vineyard provides limitless possibilities. In a location where barren hillsides are seemingly the only attraction, the vineyard is the centre of sensory delights.
