USA and COVID-19 NEWS
In effort to help slow the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the U.S. government has temporarily suspended entry for certain travelers into the United States.
Anybody, with the exception of U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents, and immediate family members, who has been in the following countries during the past 14 days may not enter the United States at this time:
- China
- Iran
- European Schengen Region (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City)
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
- Republic of Ireland
- Brazil
Additionally, the U.S. has reached agreements with both Canada and Mexico to temporarily limit all non-essential travel, including leisure travel, across borders.
For the most up-to-date public health and travel guidance, all travelers are encouraged to review official U.S. government travel guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
